Unlike other grid electric vehicle meters, the dashboard equipped with SOC power display technology displays power in a digital percentage. The power is calculated by a dual algorithm of real-time integration and discharge correction. The power consumption display accuracy of SOC can reach 1%, and the real-time display accuracy can reach more than 95%.

The display content of the smart electric vehicle meter depends on the data signal of the controller. If the instrument panel fails, replace the instrument panel assembly. During emergency maintenance, the signals of the rotating handle and the brake handle can be directly connected to the controller.

Since electric vehicles use the limited energy of the on-board battery, their common feature is that they all have a battery voltage display, which is usually separated from control signals such as the steering handle and brake handle. Therefore, in an emergency, as long as we detect the positive and negative battery wiring, 15V, 12V, 5V ground wires of the instrument circuit and connect them correctly, we can replace the instrument and complete the basic display function.

SOC also has three advantages: the quasi-power percentage display, the power after 2 kilometers is displayed as 0%, and the battery life of the electric motorcycle is increased by 10%.

In addition to electric vehicle instrumentation, some models are also equipped with a ternary intelligent display system. The ternary intelligent display system designed with reference to the car dashboard, in addition to the original basic information such as driving speed and power, it also adds important data such as motor temperature, braking distance, and sliding distance that are closely related to users.

What is the use of learning to read electric vehicle instrument data?

1. The SOC power display accuracy reaches 1%, and the real-time display accuracy can reach more than 95%. Users no longer worry about the "virtual power" of electric vehicles, and have a good understanding of endurance. At the same time, it also has a "low battery life protection" function: when the remaining battery of the vehicle shows 0%, the life management system can also ensure that the vehicle travels for another 2 kilometers under low battery conditions.

2. By observing the motor temperature data, judge the load state of the motor, cool or suspend the motor in time to avoid overwork damage.

3. Through the sliding distance data, you can indirectly understand the tire pressure, motor reluctance, brake tightness, whether there are other external resistances, etc., thereby effectively improving the cruising range.

4. Understand the braking performance through the braking distance data. Checking the braking distance can remind us to detect or replace the braking parts in time to avoid potential safety hazards.
